How to order your Personalized Amulet:
- Scroll up and select your type of Amulet (Necklace or Keychain)
- Press "Choose file" in the "PHOTO OF YOUR PET" section and select your favourite photo of your 4-pawed friend (You just upload the photo as it is on your phone, we do the necessary edits and cuts, do not worry about that!)
- The "Back-Inscription" section is optional and at no extra cost.

Q: How long does it take for crafting and delivery? Also, do you ship Worldwide?
A: Yes our Amulets can be sent all around the world free of shipping charge! Furthermore, as all of our pieces are handcrafted, it usually takes 12-18 business days for the whole process, for a precise crafting of your amulet to its safe delivery at home.
Q: Do I need to cut or edit the outlines of the photo before I send it to you for crafting?
A: No! This is the last thing you have to worry about. Just select a clear photo of your pet at the "PHOTO OF YOUR PET" section, and we'll take care of the rest.
Q: How can I pay for my Amulet?
A: You can use a Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex) or place your order with your PayPal account.
Q: Is there any warranty about my order?
A: Even though we craft all of our products with love and precision, if you still have any concerns about your order please don't hesitate to reach to us and we will make it up for you. If there's any imperfection caused from our side, we'll immediately replace your amulet with a new one, but unfortunately as all of our items are custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds after the order have been crafted and shipped.
